This is for a premium property company aimed at professionals
I want something that looks contemporary and elegant and simple

The Logo should say the company name: ACER HOMES

I would love for the Acer plant leaf profile (see attachment for inspiration) to be incorporated in the design so that I can just use that for the Website Favicon, Website Logo when users scroll down with text and without. Also for an App Icon in future and for use in other printed or online marketing material independent of the full logo.

The Orange, Yellow and Red type colours are taken from the Acer tree plant in the attachment and can be any one of these or an amalgamation:
#FC9051
#E4B51A
#F55123

Please take a look at the attachment and if you see another colour or derivative (Not Green) that you feel would look good then please do propose it.
Winner to provide RGB + HEX colours for web and other marketing

Font used should be Google Font either Open Sans, Poppins or Montserrat or a mixture of 2 of these

File formats for logo:
As a vectors in all of these formats .ai, .pdf, .eps, .svg and .webp

Brand Style Guide
Five key components that you need are
Mission: To create premium rooms for the rental market
Vision: To develop our portfolio and create a leading standard for room rentals in the region
Target Audience: Professionals only looking for a room they can feel comfortable in and be proud of
Personality: ROOMS ARE: New, fresh, comfortable, high quality, warm, trendy. ROOMS ARE NOT: drab, meaningless, without soul, without character or energy

Style guide to consist of:
1) Colour Palette
2) Typography H1 - H6 + Body P Tag, Quotes, Max 2 Fonts to be used on the website, differing weights is fine. Add examples of text blocks with headings
