Back Ground & Introduction:
I work for a multinational company in UAE and we are the leading player in Oil & Gas sector. Our corporate planning for 2020 will start in end September and we will release our 2020 plan in beginning of November. Every year has a special theme which drives our business planning. The theme for 2019 was "Leaping Forward". Please find attached the logo that was designed for 2019 (the image i have attached is full roll up in office, however the logo part was only the image of the man leaping forward and "Together We Can" is something we use commonly in our office). The attached roll up is placed in office with the challenge details but please note that for the project I only need the logo based on next year theme.
Main Requirements:
The theme for next year is "Unleashing Full Potential". The theme is self explanatory and will drive our business plans for 2020. I need a logo based on this theme which is exciting, drives people to act and creates excitement.
Watch out:
This year we are not going to ask our traditional marketing agency to design any logo for theme since we wanted more creativity from this platform and also fresh logo ideas.

Hello CH! I'm interested to participate in your contest. It would be nice if you can #sealed the contest. Some of the designers feel confident to participate in contests that offer to protect them work by sealing it (so only you can see it). Also, it is a plus cuz nobody copies other designer’s work.
