Hi,
I require some new designs for my stocklist, I have attached the initial draft but would like to see if we can get some more professional looks.
Mainly want changes to the top and bottom of template on page 1 and 2
Most of what is required is on there some points to look to improve
Top section page 1. Make the very top section with Prosperity Residential logo and Stocklist 20 Jun 2021 (make this section a little smaller)
Just below, clean this up this section; with the steel frame make the text a little more professional. Still needs text to say 'Steel Frame with 25 Year Structural Warranty'
Still top of page one section, remove the pictures of 4 houses and replace with 4 internal images of home (attached). Still have Text 'Premium Diamond Inclusions As Standard'
Middle of page 1 (can leave this table the same no real need to change)
Bottom of page 1
Include all same text but try to make a little better
Page 2 top
On page 2 at top remove text Premium Diamond Inclusions As Standard/ Replace with 'Premium Rendered and Painted Facades as Standard', then have the 4 different façade options (the 4 pictures of the house already there)
Middle page 2 - leave the same
Bottom page 2 - The same as bottom page one, can maybe very images

Hi Everyone, Thanks for your designs, I see nearly all them are very similar to what I already provided, whilst I require the info in the same area's it does not have to be copied exactly. Looking for this to have a more premium finish, for example top of page one to the left - not just another basic blue text block with standard text "Premium Diamond Inclusions As Standard' see if we can make this section (and others) a little more premium/professional, this is what I am after thanks
