Please collect information about systems or services that have or will have the technologies described in the “Technology Description” section below.
<Technology Description>
The subject of this case is technology related to a system that voluntarily proposes the provision of some kind of service to the user.
However, if a proposal is made to unlimited number of users, the capacity of the service may be exceeded, and the service may not be able to be provided as a result.
To cope this, the technology is applied that the number of users who receive the proposal may change depending on the probability that the users will accept the proposal.
For example, if users are less likely to accept a proposal, make the proposal to more users. If a proposal is more likely to be accepted, reduce the number of users making proposals. For more details, if there is a region where it is raining, coupons could be issued to users with adjusting the issue number within the region when promoting them to visit restaurants.
