Hello talented designers and animators,

I am seeking an expert graphic designer with animation skills to create a distinctive and innovative logo for my company, Legal Link, which merges the realms of law and programming. The logo should be a clever play on the double 'L' from Legal Link and subtly incorporate the iconic programming symbols '<>'.

Project Requirements:

Logo Design:

The static logo should integrate the letters 'L' in a way that can also be recognized as programming brackets.
The design must be unique, sophisticated, and convey a balance between legal precision and modern technology.
I am open to color suggestions but please provide a draft using hex colors #FFCD34 (gold) and #05476E (dark blue) for the initial concept.
Animation:
