This job only requires a marketing plan, if the plan can work we will turn it into a real practice.
We are a packaging carton box supplier who sells cartons to online sellers i.e. amazon, ebay, etc.
We are trying to reach out to these sellers via no matter what method, social media is preferred since this seems to be a frequent tool they tend to use daily.
No SEO, only direct contact them and push our product information to them.
Any idea is welcome, we are open to any idea, charged or not charged.

PS: please note that the idea must be based on cost-efficient otherwise we no need to post here,
also, we know we can send messages to them (on facebook or twitter) one by one but this can be time-consuming and be judged as spammer.
Basically what we think is:
1. how we can find them? And retain them posted when we have news?
2. by what method we can push product information to them?
3. If you can come up with an estimated budget that is even better.
4. No B2B platform please, we are already member of many B2Bs.
