Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

The purpose for this contest is to provide us for a design to our store, the store description is :
1- the store is about 400 m2 of space on the first floor in Kuwait, the floor plan is provided on the files( first floor, plot 354) has streets for 3 sides and connected with another building on the last side
2- the store has 80 gaming computer, 6 billiard and 4 PS4. every one of these should have its requirements (TV, couch, gaming chairs... ext)
3- the sore has counter for the cashier and also the store will provide cafe on the counter which has its barista
4- there should be a control room for the server and a office for manager
5- there should be a vip rooms available for reservation it will have 5 computers from the 80 computers and plastation
design description:
1- floor plan divided 5 sections which are (computer gaming, counter and control room, billiard section, plastation section, common room )
2- the store should have one entry ( big door)
3- the logo should also be designed for company
4- the whole space should be 3d designed (counter, all sections ,roof structure, walls, gaming tables)
5- the atmosphere should be dimmed for computer sections and bright for the billiards section
6- the atmosphere should have gaming atmosphere which should have drawings of gaming characters and anime characters which gives a very cool enviroments
7- when designing keep in mind the contracting budget for this store, it shouldnt be too high
8- the design should be classy but cool
9- the design for the banner on the exterior walls of the building
10- common room that people gather in them provide tables and chairs. maybe in the near future we will create contests in it
we have provided some examples for gaming center( logos, design ideas) attached to the contest
what we need:
1- logo design and branding
2- floor plan
3- 3d design for exterior and interior of the store

    Need to make sure. Is the plot 354 the one on the FIRST FLOOR as mentioned in the project description which has an integrated/continuous floor space or plot 354 on the GROUND FLOOR ( marked with pink box) which the floor space is SEPARATED by the corridor?
