<Technology Description>
This technology is a technology to dispatch appropriate electric vehicles to users according to requests of the users for “Car sharing services”. This technology is not “delivery” or “shipping” of a new car. One of problems that can be anticipated when electric vehicles of “Car sharing services” are dispatched to users is that if electric vehicles with a low battery level are dispatched to users, the users have to charge the electric vehicles, which may reduce the convenience of the users. To solve this problem, this technology dispatches to users electric vehicles of “Car sharing services” having a remaining battery level capable of traveling from a boarding position to a destination, the boarding position and the destination being designated by the users.
