Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs
We are a toy soldier company. Currently each set is sold with its own individual box (different name, front and back cover pictures). There are 4 sizes of boxes, XS, S, L and ML. But our business is winding down and we would like to make packaging simpler by making just one box for everything and stick on stickers on the outside to distinguish between sets.
What I'm looking for is a vintage style box. The front would be the same for all the boxes, either portrait or landscape. The sides would be the same and carry product warnings (just copy and paste the text from what we already have). The tops and bottoms would be blank for the stickers. And the back could be blank too or have something on it. These same design will be transcribed to all 4 sizes. The size of the small box will be about 4.5" x 6.5" x 1.25". The size of the other boxes aren't much bigger or smaller. You will get templates for all 4 boxes in .cdr format so there is no need to have the exact size (which I'm not sure of.) Output will be in .cdr and .pdf.
Added logo in case designers want to use it. Also the name HäT Industrie should be on the box.
I've attached samples of boxes or posters that I've found on the internet plus samples of our XS and S boxes. Also a couple of sheets of line drawings, which can be used in the design (we have many line drawings which can all be used). I may choose more than one design.
The total budget is for the design transcribed to the 4 sizes of boxes. If I choose 2 or more designs, I'll have to work something out. This is my first time posting a contest so please feel free to ask me if any questions.

Once the contest got the status pending you get a 14 days of time to chose a winner before it got Locked and on locked mode again 15 days of time you gonna get to finally make you decision even till that time you have not select a winner then the contest award get divided among all the top entries what you rated with 4-5 stars & if you think the money what you are paying is not worth for the work what freelancers or designers here submitted for you, you can also ask them to make an special offer price for you and also you can divide the contest prize money among them in the way you like their design deserves to.

Yes, you can extend your Contest at any time while your Contest is active or for up to 24 hours after it closes.
Please note that there is an additional fee for extending your contest. Half of this fee will be added to your contest prize to reward freelancers for the additional work they will do for your contest. The fee is proportional to the contest prize, and is calculated as follows:
3 day extension - 15% of contest prize
5 day extension - 20% of contest prize

Question for you all. The contest lasts 7 days. Is the awarded design the final or can I ask the designer to make small touch up changes after I award the entry?

Yes, and you can download a copy of it to prove the design what you having or going to have on the product is delivered or developed for you specially with a lot of blah blah legal points and also don't forget to ask the freelancer whom you going to chose as the winner for the sources of the elements what they have put on for you at your label as most these elements have the terms of using them in our project most of these have the term attribution and also for the fonts most of the script fonts requires a valid commercial license to have them in the typography on our products .

as i am getting this is a contest for creating the outer printing templates from these boxes it has nothing to do with 3D rendering? what is 3D rendering - 3D rendering is something what are the requirements form the contest holder of this contest

By experience as both customer and creator, stating this would save you both time and money at the end. Also, a 1 color print would be more cost efficient for the actual print cost in most cases. Cost for both printing the box and finalizing the print proofs can be minimized if the designer takes this in consideration from the beginning.. I hope my answer will be helpful.

To wood74: Thanks for the first try. One box must be used for all sets. So there cannot be a specific name or specific picture on the front. Also, I don't know the source of your cover picture and I cannot use a picture unless I have rights for it.
