My work experience in human resources and administration has been 16 years active in the chemical, oil & gas, manufacturing and services industries. As additional information, right now I am still working for a subsidiary of the largest Japanese...I am introduce myself as a graduate of human resources management. My work experience in human resources and administration has been 16 years active in the chemical, oil & gas, manufacturing and services industries. As additional information, right now I am still working for a subsidiary of the largest Japanese chemical company. I have also worked for the Taiwanese subsidiary for several years. I have also worked on a contract basis in a oil and gas joint venture between the British and Petronas as an administrative officer. I used to be responsible as Lead of Payroll Division with 12 branches under me with a total of 1000 employees and a total salary of RM3million. My interest, passion and patience is in the calculation of employee wages, employee leave, medical, insurance, recruitment, training and also in ISO audit. Referring to all this, I use microsoft excel a lot in all my daily work. My highest patience is to use Microsoft Excel to find a formula to speed up some data that is made for daily, monthly and annual reports. To date, I have successfully prepared several payroll and leave reporting formulas as a very effective and fast facilitator. I have also been exposed to several payroll, leave, attendance and expense systems throughout my career. While in compensation and benefits, I always conduct survey on other companies and go through compensation and benefit reports that we subscribe as a reference to improve benefits for employee. You need to know that I am capable of preparing increment letters for 100 employees in less than an hour completed with checking. I only use data from Microsoft Excel to be transferred into letter format in Microsoft Word. In addition, during this period of 16 years, 2 times I was involved in the construction process and the opening of the factory. My experience has been interviewing almost over 3000 prospective employees. I also responsible for onboarding and offboarding employee times to times. I also lead 2 times every year to conducted compliance day for all employee to communicate any new term and condition, employment act etc. Throughout my career, I have also been involved in audits whether involving ISO audits or Payroll audits. For ISO Internal Audit in my company, I acted as Lead Auditor for several years in a row. My biggest achievement in this field is as Lead Auditor for the Production Department and my report was selected as the best report several times. As for administration, I am involved and have been involved as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, event leader, managing driver, gardener, cleaner, security guards and tea lady, preparing and managing all office mails and letters, pantry items, stationery and employee uniforms. This administrative work is so extensive that I have gone through various ad hoc work as additional work experience for me. weniger
