Animated logo introduction for social media videos

I am looking for a skilled animator to create an animated logo introduction for our social media videos. The ideal candidate should have experience in motion graphics and be able to create a visually appealing and engaging animation.
Our company provides our clients with water damage restoration, mould remediation and fire damage decontamination services. While we would love some creative input from our chosen designer, we initially thought of having video or high-quality animation (not cartoon style) images/video of water moving, fire/flames and mould that covers the screen (broken up on the screen like a pie chart into thirds). These would then start spinning like they are getting sucked down a sink drain (which could be caused by the centre part of our logo spinning) to then reveal our logo (which could also be revised to a 3D version for the video) and possibly our tagline "Creating calm from chaos' as a second stage reveal.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in motion graphics
- Ability to create a logo introduction that is 5-10 seconds long
- Creative and able to bring my general ideas to life
- Knowledge of current design trends and ability to incorporate them into the animation
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with me to understand my general ideas for the animation
- Create a visually appealing and engaging logo introduction that captures the essence of my brand
- Deliver the final animation in a format that is suitable for social media platforms
