Need to make a 3d character and rig it and animations to use it in Unity

Hey, I have a picture of monkey I want. You need to make a 3d humanoid walking style animation with it. I can send youtube video of real monkey walking I have in mind for reference.

I need you to

1. Make a 3d character in 3ds or maya or blender

2. Need to rig it

3. Need to do walk and jump animations ready to be integrated into Unity.

If you can only do 1 or 1&2 also you can bid. But I prefer someone who can do all.
