15 second, 2d animation required. Clear design brief supplied.

We currently have a short animated GIF that requires some editing and saved as a 15 second HD.MPEG-4 Video. The original and major design work is done, just requires some editing to the following specs.

Our basic design notes:

Extend to 15 seconds.

Remove background, should be white only.

Keep road line, bumpy van, girls, streetlights and speed trails.

Also keep little music notes out of man, then followed by a speach bubble that says 'Order online' and stays until last frame.

New approx scale guide supplied (example of scale image provided)

Our new b&b logo (without face) is to be used on the van (logo file provided)

Technical specs:

Legth of animation stretched to 15 seconds.

Fromat required- HD MPEG-4 Video

Media files should be sized to screen resolution 568 pixels (w) x 390 pixels (h)

File format is MPEG-4/H.264 AVC at [url removed, login to view] be supplied as .MP4 file.

Frame rate for all media is 25 as per PAL standard.
