We just rolled out a new website for a COO-on-demand/project management consultant and she is unhappy with the copy that was produced (our fault -- rushed it out the first time!). We need a professional copywriter to come in and rewrite/revamp the copy so that it does a better job of pulling in potential customers and illustrating how our client can effectively solve businesses problems using her management consulting process. We are actually a client of hers, as well, so we can speak to her services and assist with ensuring the next round of copy is more accurate.

The client's feedback is as follows:
-- The current content does not feel like it was "spruced up" at all and seems flat and uninteresting; it doesn't speak to customers
-- There are technical inaccuracies and terminology issues that make it clear the content isn't authentic; it feels like it was copied and pasted from her collateral and then the gaps were filled with non-sensical business speak
-- The content is too general and doesn't tell any stories or use examples that really illustrate how the solutions align with customer problems
-- The content isn't written to really drive customers to take action
