Apps Jingle - repost

I need someone to find me a simple 3 to 5 min jingle that is typical of those used in Apps launches to be used as the soundtrack under the dialogue. The jingle can be sourced from anywhere. I am not concerned about copyright or royalty as it won't be used for public use, but I would like to know the digital rights management if there are any just in case.
I am very particular about what I want, but find it hard to describe. You can send me a low quality version to see if it what I am after. If it is what I am after, I will buy it if you can send me a full quality file. Any format is fine, though I suggest WAV or Mp3.
First person to satisfy me with the jingle will get paid for the gig. I am only after the one jingle. I think the mandolin is used for these jingles?
If you can make one up for me I am open to discussion on time and costs. I need this jingle right away!
