Animated GIF from AVI file (3 of 4)

This is the 3rd of 4 AVI files I have with screen captures from our products. This is the Response Time Monitor product. I need an animated GIF created from this file. There is also some editing of the video which should be done.

1. The begining and the end show the capture being started and stopped, these should be taken out.

2. There is some time wasted while going from one screen to another, this should be edited out.

I will also want to put in some annotations to the video as follows:

1. When the first report - TCP Response Time Analysis Summary is shown, have the annotation "The TCP Response Time Analysis Summary report shows the breakout of total, host, and network time for the entire stack."

2. When the 2nd report - TCP Response Time by Transaction shown, have the annotation "The TCP Response Time by Transaction report shows total, host, and network time by transaction."

3. When the 3rd report - TCP Response Time Diagnostics is shown, have the annotation "The TCP Response Time Diagnostics report shows the exact packets which make up a transaction."

The AVI file is attached. Please use your creative skills and imagination to make the GIF great!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
