Blackberry application switcher - NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!

Upon receiving a demo of the application I will send 50% of project price via direct transfer.

PROJECT MAXIMUM BID IS $100, ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE OVERLOOKED! THERE IS POSSIBILITY TO EARN AN EXTRA $50-100 DEPENDING ON QUICKNESS OF DELIVERY AND ACCURACY.

What i need is an application to replace the application switcher that is currently on the device with a new one that looks like the one in the image i have attached.

The switcher will show as follows:

IF: 1-3 applications running, only one row will show

IF: 4-6 applications running, two rows will show

IF: 7-9 applications running, 3 rows will show

IF: 10+ applications running, 3 rows will show but will allow you to scroll down to view more icons

Application will be made for the BlackBerry Storm2 touchscreen first and will be needed for all devices running OS 4.5+
