build a photoshop file

i have a company that needs a new brochure... i have decided to use hotcards.com... i dont have the time build this myself. essentially i am looking for someone two put together a front and back of a 7.5 inch wide by 8.25 inch photo quality brochure. the front and back will include text and images of several different types. text and images are available. applicant must be knowledgeable in photoshop AND FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH REQUIREMENTS FROM HOTCARDS.COM. This is an easy project for a college student or someone who knows photoshop well.
