Hello,
I need help writing a business plan to secure financing from a government sponsored loan program. The program (http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/csbfp-pfpec.nsf/eng/Home) provides financing up to 1m for eligible business expenses (e.g., real property, business equipment). My idea is to lease a warehouse in the lower mainland of BC and build a VR arcade that integrates virtual over physical environment. I will leverage the site as a VR content delivery service to build a network of developers who can earn by licensing their content.
I have a powerpoint presentation that outlines my plan in detail. My plan started as a school project, and now I want to bring it to fruition. There is a local guy here that took my powerpoint presentation and started the same operation in Victoria which is a much smaller market, and he is doing well.
