I require an ActiveX to be created that will add a favorite link to the users browser (IE5, I6, IE7, if you can do FF as well, you are more likely to get the job!)
The activeX should (i)add the link FIRST, i.e. my link shuld be THE FIRST one; (ii) Enable the visibility of the links bar if it is not already on. (iii) Make a simple change to the registry.
I NEED the ABSOLUTE BEST quality.
