C++ help hardware project

I need someone in the Seattle/Tacoma WA area to sit down with me and explain the overall view of programming in C++ and the OOP concept and also database concepts like SQL. I am working on a hardware project with a digital video camera and other 'real world' sensors for object recognition etc and it also requires some "on screen" interaction. I'm sure that one meeting won't answer all my questions so future sessions will most likely be needed. I have no idea how much per hour something like this will cost. Let me know, thanks

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
