Aurdino closed loop code needed for servo (brushed or brushless DC motor).
Servo motor spins at 3000 RPM draws 10A @ 14 V.
Rotary encoder on shaft.
Servo position accuracy is +-180° shaft degrees.
Controller gets input from Hall RPM sensor mounted on the clutch.
Servo controls distance between CVT pulleys.
If clutch RPM<1000 then servo stays in zero position.
When clutch reaches 1000 RPM servo starts to move the pulley.
Max. speed of the clutch is 2000 RPM when servo has to be in end position.
Servo rotates proportional to the clutch RPM change.
When clutch RPM changes for 1 RPM servo motor should rotate 2,5 revolutions.
Servo motor makes 250 revolutions between end positions.
Servo gearbox is self locking, there is no need to power the servo to hold position.
