I need to program a ZEDboard to output SPI to control a PLL board. The project requires PlanAhead knowledge and Cprogramming.

Basically, I need someone with the knowledge of how to route and program the output.

In the attached is the chip we need the SPI to control it. Only pins required is the sck, SDI, SEN, LD_SDO.
