Convert Metatrader Indicators to DLL

These are custom indicators which i use in metatrader 4. and i wish to use in Forex tester 2. but they must be converted to dll in order to do so.
- No EA is required.
- Only .dll files are needed from the .mql or .ex files which I uploaded.
-There should be total 5 indicators with 7 files. (5 .ex and 2 .mql = 7 files)
- I only have .mql files for TMA and Babon Slope,
the other indicators are .ex files
