I am looking for people who can start immediately. And its a very very urgent project. I have been taken for a ride already by an other developer who promised to finish but did not finish.
So i would need somebody who is online most of the time. And will show daily progress and ask questions whenever necessary.
I need to develop a simple test engine which will :
. The testing page which will display the questions and record the answers. The test settings will come from a table we already have and we have also created supporting tables.
1. The question will be multiple choice and it will be timed.
2. The answers will be chosen using a radio button
3. The questions will be thrown from the TestPaper randomly. (TestPaper is a page we created!)
3a. the questions can be flagged for later review.
3b. The question numbers will be displayed on the right hand side with a flag if they are flagged, the user will be able to jumb to the flagged question when it wants.
3c. The unattempted question numbers will appear in a different color (gray) so they look different.
3d. Every question can be marked as inappropriate, and the same should be updated.
4. Before submitting the answer it will display all your answers. [Review]
5. Then after cliking submit button it will display your score together with the percentile information with strong areas / weak areas based on the topic/subject/course info.
5a. The user will also see a printable report.
5b. An email should also be sent with the report.
6. Make sure to make some arrangement of resuming the test if the internet connection is lost in the middle of it.
7. The user can then review the question he answered wrong with proper explanation.
8. Make sure right click is disabled, view source option is disabled. If there anything which you can suggest to protect questions from being copied will be helpful.
The questions will be stored in the DB in HTML as well as plain text with an explanation column.
The questions table also has foreign keys for course, level, section, subject, topic for each question entry.

You need to use ASP.NET Telerik when needed.
Tech: ASP.NET with Telerik & SQL Server2008 R2
Time Duration: 4 Days (Looking for people who work sundays too)

The design is not a major concern for me, just do the programming with a neat basic layout, my designer will take care of the rest.
