I need to write a program with C# :

1 - Write the document with check box, and put benchmarks on the page.

2 - Put code barre on the top of the page

3 - when we scan the page with the scanner, the software will read the code barre, and like that we will know what is the methode that we use to read the check box on the page.

4 - We will put the scan informations on the database.
