Civil Engineering / structural & energy calculation

Hi,

I am looking for an expert Civil engineer who can handle a structural and energy calculation for a residential house in California USA, the structure is made of Wood timber and the technical report with calculations of course needed. the outcome will be in forms of few notes (final results) that must be inserted in the cover sheet of the plans (in the "Engineering Calculation Data" section). so when we are going to stamp it and send the full package to mayor office. the technical report will be a part of this package. I have Etab files if it helps I could send the link of that also. the needed files and description will be offered after getting agree about the job.
