Develop cloud server to store and categorize files/content/data

Hi

Am looking to hire a developer for a project that requires developing a cloud server to store and categorize files/content/data

The person should be well versed with Bigdata, cloud computing technologies and should be good in advanced algorithms and techniques to categorize files/content/data.

Let me know if you are interested. I have a short project - if this project is executed well, long term projects will be given.

Short term project is:

- Send a file content info/hash/etc from windows machine. Receive it on the cloud machine

- Receive another content info/hash/etc from another file from another machine - receive it on the cloud machine, do compare and conclude whether these are same

Basic GUI and logs need to be developed as well.

Also, pls indicate your location. Being in Bangalore is preferable but not required.
