Contract purpose is to include following details and purpose/requirements:
1. Education Business first party and person doing development work second party
2. Second party will gain from development work for life time ( subject to clean name and no bad records)
3. Protect first party from any kind of claim other than percentage of income share from particular product developed by that person
4. Strict rule for second party to work and always comply & meet full course delivery or registration compliance as well as regular improvements and any type of necessary legal or student needs.
5. First party should be able to claim for reputation damage if second party failed to deliver education as required to comply with standards
And more suggestive important points.
Its important that things should not go wrong in long run, means there shouldn't be a space for person to make party A liable for his responsibilities or any thing.
That's why need someone with years of experience and profile.
