Article rewriting job (ongoing project)

We need a good writer to rewrite 40 articles (400-500 words each). Followings are the criteria:
* Rewritten article MUST pass the copyscape test.
* ALL the sentences must be rephrased. Mere spinning of contents or replacement of words are not accepted.
* Rewritten articles should still have 400 - 500 words each.
* The articles must be well re-written, in excellent English with no spelling or grammatical mistakes.
* A set of standard seo rule will be given for you to follow. (eg: keyword in first para, last para etc)
* We get the full copyright for all the articles you rewrite.
Every 40 articles is considered as 1 set and we have about 25 sets to be rewritten. If you can rewrite 1 set in a week, we have enough job to occupy you for 25 weeks!
Our budget for 1 set, i.e. 40 rewritten articles, is $40.
