Copy data from website into excel spreadsheet - Repost - open to bidding - repost

I need someone to scrap or copy/paste information from a website (which I will provide), UK based, and input the telephone number, email and contact name into an excel spreadsheet. The amount of rows is roughly 100+

The amount of time this should roughly take is 2 hours. 1 minute per record maximum if done manually. If you can automate this, you'd be much quicker.
