Do some Excel Work

Hi i have a prestashop website that i run my business on due to a server crash i lost all 11,000 item on the and forgot to take a backup before hand. lucky enough i managed to get a csv file from our suppliers with a link off all there products what i need done is below.

What i need to be done

1.) import all the products into prestashop so customers can buy our products

2.) increase the price in the csv file by 30%

This project would be awarded to the cheapest off as we current have very limited funds due to being a start up business however we would like the freelancers hired to become a member off the business and be our only freelancer once we make more money.

any freelancer offering to do this task for less than $15 will be accepted short listed.
