Basic tablet Android/linux/windows POS

Hello

I need a very basic Point of Sale system for use on a tablet, preferentially for Android OS. Other OS like Linux or windows are not out of the question.

For what i need this? I need this for personnal organization use only since all the firms official tax and booking is done on other platform.

I sell food goods (Direct Sales) on the road from place to place.

I have everyday clients that pay for the goods on the act, but also have regular clients that buy the goods and only pay at the beginning of the following month and sometimes 2/3 months

What i have in mind for the sales process is something like this.

-start a new sale

-Insert items-quantities etc

-Finalize sale

-Payment processing (no need for Credit/Debit cards).

Here should give you the option to cash out for everyday/unknown client OR **add** the bill to recorded client tab. I should be able to print bills and receipts to give Regular costumers at the beginning of following month for them to pay me.

App, must have a client insert field, product insert field, (tax field is not necessary( wont hurt to have), ability to assign a special discount to clients individually would be nice to have.

Database backup/restore option, etc.

Option to select a costumer from a costumer list and process a sale into him directly would be required also.

Its okay if chosen coder uses Open-source software, but must check with me what features are and are not necessary.
