csv wordpress eccommerce import help

I have an eccommerce site run by the jewelery theme on wordpress.

I need to import a csv file of products to the site

I need the data to all merge so it only appears as one product, not mutiple.

Also if I need to update the product it should overwrite the exisiting product, not add a duplicate

It must work with the current theme I am using

Example:

24206 29.99 Black Small child toys

24206 29.99 Black medium child toys

24206 29.99 Black large child toys

24206 29.99 red Small child toys

24206 29.99 red medium child toys

24206 29.99 red large child toys

so product 24206 will upload as one product with black and red as the colours and s,m,l as the sizes in the category of child toys.

The categories i use on the csv are

csv_post_title csv_post_post csv_ctax_brand ID_item price csv_ctax_colour csv_ctax_size buy_now csv_post_categories csv_ctax_selection image_thumb csv_ctax_price seo_title seo_keywords seo_description

As you can see custom taxonomies are used.
