Looking to create a small application to manage my amazon seller transactions. The Idea of this is for me to obtain a true profit report . The only 2 key Ingrediants missing are the Product cost price and the Shipping and handling cost in which i would have no choice but to manually enter.
Amazon provides me all these reports in Notepad file, in which i would like to upload to the application and then have it convert it automaticlly for me in a Excel format . where the tabs and fields are editable and filterable. I am looking to interpet there files into 3 types of reports
#1 would be a complete report on the data that is within the main file. #2 a brekadown of reports of transaction types. #3 a final report version of the report for order payment transactions
( In other words Report 2+3 would equal report 1 just 3 different views.
These reports/files contain all of my amazon Transaction Types like listed below
Date / Order ID / SKU / Transaction type /Payment Type / Payment Detail / Product Title / Amount / Quantity / Amazon Fees /Amazon Net Gross // / Product Cost (editable field) / S+H Cost (editable field)/ Total Profit ( to be displayed automaticlly once i enter the Product Cost and Product S+H)
The idea is to be able to add any missing information such as shipping costs (not available in the amazon report) and have the excel sheet calculate our net profit
