Building an Ardunio Uno sketch and electronic circuit to read a shock sensor

I need to have a circuit designed and physically built by you for testing in your office. The circuit uses a shock sensor connected to an Arduino Uno, to read out on an LCD display. I need you to get the components and actually get it to work, then I can replicate what you built, for testing at my end. This is the first stage of a larger project, so I want to get a coder who is happy to continue working on this prototype to get the final code through to completion. Once the circuit is complete, the remainder of the work will be just coding.
The model of shock sensor we want to use is this one: [login to view URL]
so you will need to get yourself one, plus any other items required for building this project.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
We want to set up an Arduino with a knock sensor, similar to this project: [login to view URL]
and then have it read out the detected voltage from the piezo on an LCD display.
So the function we want is as follows:
- A piezo shock sensor connected to Arduino via analog input, creates voltage from impact to the sensor.
- Arduino reads voltage and outputs two values on an LCD display.
LINE 1) It detects and displays the voltage reading as a number between about 0 (at rest) and about ???v, updating as the piezo is tapped.
LINE 2) It detects and displays the PEEK voltage reading as a number between 0 (at rest) and ???v and holds that on the display until power off.
This is the test phase of a larger project that we would like to talk to you about once we achieve this working test.
