I need a circuit that will measure the peak current from 32 sensors, connected to a larger system. The specs are as follows: * Has 32pcs 2-wire current-sense inputs on each board, with 64 screw terminals along the edges of the board. * For the current sensor, use a CR3110-3000 split-core current transformer from CR Magnetics, or similar. The current transformers will be located up to 3m away from the board. * Has a socket for plugging in an RCM4200 RabbitCore Module (see [url removed, login to view]). The 32 input channels should multiplex to the RCM4200, and I will be communicating with the RCM4200 to read the currents. The RCM4200 will provide the multiplexer control signals. There is NO need (yet) to include the firmware for the RCM4200. * There should be a LAN connection on the board, through a standard RJ45 connector connecting to the RCM4200 * There should be a 12VDC to 5VDC regulator on board. I will be feeding the board from a remote (noisy) semi-regulated 12V supply * The board should be no more than 120mm x 180mm in size * I need to measure currents from 50mA up to around 30A only. Accuracy requirements are low, say +/-10%. The board will mainly be used to determine if appliances are switched on or not. It is sufficient to determine the approximate peak current. Sampling frequency is also not critical, say 1kHz.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working circuit design, including two (2) working prototypes

2) Full set of design drawings, including schematics, board layout and bill of materials.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under World Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
