Clone Dominion Online Strategy Logic Game

I would like a clone of this game (all of the cards) and the lobby create/join game system. [url removed, login to view]

Can be written in javascript/ajax like the current system, or preferably in php/mysql.

There are over 100 cards, however I only need these cards for this first version:

Copper Silver, Gold, Estate, Duchy, Province, Cellar, Moat, Village, Workshop, Woodcutter, Smithy, Remodel, Militia, Market, Mine

The hardest part of this project is to program the logic of the cards
