Build a circuit

Circuit audit and update.

I had a circuit developed. The suitable contractor will receive the following files:

- BOM

- Eagle

- PCB

- PDF

- Snapshots

The circuit was built to be a square wave generator (not coded yet).

Specifications

Square wave.

Frequency value From Zero to 50,000 Hertz (if possible 150,000 but not necessary)

Accuracy 2 digits after the decimal in hertz.

Current output from 0 to 120 mamps.

The full job is in 2 phases. This is only phase 1 of the job.

Phase 1

The circuit was built to work with blue tooth installed. This phase does not require blue tooth. Therefore there is a need to remove the Bluetooth capability.

Besides removing the Bluetooth capability. Need to audit the circuit to find out if it is possible to use less parts. Maybe less expensive parts without sacrificing the specifications and efficiency of the circuit.

We will also need a power source for the device so created. Therefore I need to secure a good rechargeable battery Check the specifications of the 800 mah rechargeable batteries and select a good quality rechargeable li ion battery 3.7 V and 800 mah.

I found some on [login to view URL] the question would be which would be the lowest cost manufacturer that will deliver a good quality battery that can be recharged at least 300 times preferably 500 times or more.

You will need to create the firmware code that will allow to product to deliver a sequence of frequencies which will be hard coded.

The sequence of frequency could be as long as 120 entries.

Following is the data that needs to be hard coded

sequence number (from 1 to 120) , frequency (from 0.01 to 50,000 hertz or 150,000 hz), time in seconds, current intensity between 0 to 120 mamps, current bump (in percentages of current intensity, example in case current intensity is 10 mamp and current bump is 100% then the current for this data line will be 20 mamps)

The hard coding for the data entry should be easy to update, maybe a separate file the code can refer to.

You will also need to source components to build 3 samples. I will pay for components separately.

You will also test the samples built so and if the circuit needs to be updated, you need to update it to comply with the specifications.

Once we complete phase 1 I will release phase 2 that includes Bluetooth communication with a cell phone through an app.
