Convert a website with a static image, a button and two video files to Flash

The design has changed but the special effects desired will be similar to what you will see in the following link using Chrome. This project was written in HTML5 and CSS3. We are looking to convert to Flash because we need sharper images and smoother rendering. We have all source files and orig. videos (which look much better than the converted web videos).

When you get to the site you will see the second video after clicking the "Download Application" button. We may be substituting the second video with an instant display of granulated grey color that fades to text to make this project easier. Video editing will be required to downsize the Flames video while keeping the original quality.
