Create Print and Packaging Designs

We're an online financial services business preparing to publish a series of regulatory documents. We'd like to find a designer who can work with us to make these look amazing.
The design would need to be complementary to our existing corporate branding and website design, which will be provided.
The documents that we'll require designed are as follows:
- A large, ~50 page regulatory prospectus, which includes design of cover page, individual page template and specific page layout, design of diagrams to be consistent with visual identity and preparation for PDF production
- a smaller, cut down version of the prospectus with a subset of information (5-10 page)
- A document template for a series of smaller regulatory documents (statements, disclosure notes)
We'll provide all copy and can source information for diagram production etc. You'll do the design, layout and produce in digital format. If we need printed copies etc, we may need some modification work for that (page bleeds etc)
All going well, there'll be ongoing work to update and further style other documents
A couple of engagement notes:
a) We'll need you to sign an NDA given the information is potentially commercially sensitive
b) We'll own all the IP created under the contract
c) You'll need to not have any other financial services clients
