Adobe Illustrator - Create Banner - Job done today

I need a designer to create a banner 950m wide and 2340mm height.
The banner will contain a picture of the map. I have this map in PDF as a vector image that can be scaled to any size.
The task is to if possible import or at worse trace this image in Adobe illustrator and create a banner that looks good.
This is not a big job 4-5 hours max, but you must be able to start working now and finish today.
Map that needs to be traced is attached.
