Don't pay attention to the budget for the moment. However cheaper is better.
My plan is to create a house Targaryen fan website. I'd dedicate it to pretty much covering everything to do with the Targaryens - The Targaryens are a family / House from the HIT TV SERIES GAME OF THRONES. I want to be using Google Adsense, but I also want to be able to sell tons of Targaryen related merchandise through my Amazon affiliate account which will earn me commission.
