Build a Website

I am looking for. I would also need the chat now/live chat feature on the site as well. I am thinking 3-4 pages max...simple, straight to the point, but informative and professional looking(home page/order page and samples/terms of use/contact us page).

I have decided to post here looking to get the most "bang for my buck". I am open to suggestions. I am also interested in your feedback and abilities as well as some examples of your Wordpress Ecommerce work including I am not looking to spend top dollar for a "start-up" business not knowing what direction it might go in. I would like a website that is very professional looking, effective, well thought out, user friendly, and easily accessible from a mobile device.

Also, I am NOT looking to pay anyone UNTIL the website has been completed and to my satisfaction.. I am willing to help out in anyway that I can and I will make sure that I am always available to answer any questions/concerns that may arise.

PLACE YOUR BEST PRICE QUOTES, time available to start, and time frame to completion. I would also need someone who is familiar with godaddy and their software as they will be hosting the site so it would be most helpful if you have worked with them several times in the past!!

I prefer someone local (in the states). I don't want the headache of scams, I just want this completed, the sooner the better. This way you can get paid, You're happy, I'm happy, and we could both move on to something else in our lives!
