Build a website with proxies within it (very interesting project, read description)

I need a website created where there is a form on the main page for a user to input a URL and then 'submit' it. The website I am paying you to create will then load the website the user originally put into the form through a large selection of proxy servers.

It will do this on a new page after the user inputs the URL. The created website should gather the links from [url removed, login to view] (and always check for new ones). It will then load an iFrame on the page showing the proxy being loaded. It MUST THEN DESLECT THE 'REMOVE SCRIPTS' option that Glype and PHProxy have. It will then load the website the original user selected through the proxy. It should try to create new iframes on the page loading their website through new proxy servers until it has reached a total number of 30 proxies being used.

Remember, the scripts MUST be INCLUDED in the proxied pages.

Now, for the most important part: Each of those proxied pages MUST refresh every *fifteen* seconds. So as long as that website is up working on the URL the original user put into the form on my website, 30 proxies should be shown on my website loading the page.

This should "spoof" a lot of visitors to websites I choose, for free, if I was getting paid to drive traffic to a website or something like that.

Budget is low but I pay very quickly and this is a simple PHP Project.
