Digital painting from picture

Hello

I need someone who can draw me attached picture(I will send better resolution pic later) in some painting style..

it can be grayscale drawing with pencil, it can be watercolour, it can be aquarel or just digital photoshop painting with wacom over picture..

So it just looks good and nice on canvas :) and i can make a present for girl.

Please show me some of your samples i will choose from them.

It would be nice if we could make this possible today
