Develop a full feature real estate website with the following features within 15 -20 days.
Functional Requirements:-
1) Complete property Search facility with city/state search and intuitive text and search results.
2) Map search facility for users to search properties by areas etc.
3) High resolution pics listing display with property KPIs and metrics and text results.
4) Multiple property categorizations like new properties, rent properties, property of the day etc.
5) Ability for brokers and users to add listings on their own.
6) Ability for administrator to approve/update/delete/blacklist users and listings.
7) Login facility through Facebook, Google+ etc.
8) Property bidding engine for bidders.
9) Property Buy now feature for buyers.
Non Functional:-
1) Complete responsive design top to bottom.
2) Chat & customer support feature.
3) Storage needs to be appropriate for HD pics.
4) 90 days of code support.
5) All code delivered completely upon completion.
The company should be flexible to change UI designs and look and feel aspect during the course of development if needed. Also if few minor features need to be added that should be allowed.
Concept will be shared upon bid completion. Planning to award the project on 3rd Feb.
Budget can be agreed upon based upon skillset and experience.

1) Payment feature acceptance from sellers.
