Add/embed video intro into Flash AS2.0 webpage + redirect when server has hard traffic

1.I need to have a vimeo video loaded as intro. It should be a background video into flash AS 2.0 website. Must be clean, without controls, logo, ads , recommendations. Video must be fullscreen, without border, filling the whole browser window, while keeping the aspect ratio. This is web, where to embed:

Must be kept in Flash AS2.0,

2. Create a redirection for case, the server is overloaded. The users should be redirected here:
