I would like to have a fully working barter site setup as a reverse auction where a trader can post their item thats up for trade and start a trade circle and then other traders can join their circle and offer them what they have to trade the trader that started the circle can choose what trade item they would like to have from all the traders once the trader decides who he wants to award the trade too. then he/her would accept that offer then the site would charge a small fee then the users info would be exchanged and its up to the traders to handle the barter from there.

6. front page that displays new barter items listed(maybe something in jquery slider) also a location finder to best match traders to a local trade circle.

These are just a few things will discuss more after we make an agreement
of course i would like complete source code with comments for future upgrading/editing.
The code of course i would like it to be up to date on security features
