Users need to be able to sign up and post links on Social Media where they'll then earn money. The link clicks and earnings need to be trackable by any user. The site needs to be professional and with a unique design. I'd preferably like to pay after the site is completed.
Here a few points:

Integration for publishers to allow posting from the technology to their Facebook and twitter accounts.
2)Automated unique link creation and tracking for each publisher taking an ad
opportunity.

5) multiply each traffic from links that was promoted x cpc. (to get their earnings)
6) multiple domain shortening facility for a url
7) payment options for publishers.
